A cross between an HIE, predictive analytics and an EHR, CloudMedx is providing physicians with a way to predict their patients' conditions no matter where patients go.

CloudMedx, a software development company allows physicians and patients to track conditions through predictive analytics and determine preventative treatments. When a patient comes in for an appointment, the physician uploads the information from the visit into the EHR, and the patient's data is then passed along to CloudMedx.
