Southfield, MI – May, 2014 – CloudMedx has signed Reliance Accountability Care Organization in Michigan for use of DataMedx - its Patient Population Health Management Platform. CloudMedx is provivding Reliance ACO real-time Admissions, Discharges, Transfers along with health analytics dashboard for use in their organization. Reliance has over 100+ physicians and 100,000 patients for which CloudMedx is providing data from over 30 hopsitals from the region.

Reliance is a Southeast Michigan-based Accountable Care Organization (ACO) responsible for the coordinated care of Medicare participants.
