CloudMedx Patient Care Platform (TeleMedx) deployed in Lahser Medical Village in Michigan

CloudMedx has deployed its remote patient monitoring and patient care platform in Lahser Medical Village, a nursing home facility located in Michigan. The system helps stratify at-risk patients and provides remote care management including vitals monitoring, telemedicine, remote physician diagnosis, and nursing alerts. At present, there are a number of physicians using the system to remotely monitor their patients 24/7. This significantly reduces the time to react to at-risk patients and better coordinate care amongst patient populations
