ACO Consulting & IT
ACO - Accountability Care Organizations
An Accountable Care Organization (ACO) is a group of healthcare providers who agree to be jointly accountable for both the quality and the cost of the healthcare of a defined patient population. The objective of the ACO model is to bring about a reduction in costs while increasing the quality of healthcare. We partner with ACOs nationwide to help them achieve the 33 quality measures set out by the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) in addition to generating sufficient cost savings.
Point of Care and Continuity of Care
We provide our ACO partners with continuous healthcare collaboration and coordination for better health management for their beneficiaries. At every point throughout the process, healthcare providers need to have the most up-to-date information on the patient they are attending. Data Reporting and Analytics
The Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) requires Accountable Care Organizations to measure and report on 33 quality measures.
